Product Sprints: early-stage PMF

I work hands-on with a few promising health-tech teams a year on product strategy & GTM execution. These are time-bound product sprints, where I embed into your team & run iterative experiments with you.

I partnered with Lyv Health successfully pivot from a longevity clinic to B2B, landing their first 3 paying customers.

I helped EatCookJoy scale to $1M annual revenue with their an AI-powered private chef business.

Rupa Health 💜

I co-founded Rupa Health, a VC-backed health tech company bringing root-cause medicine to the world. Over a 7-year journey, we grew to $80M+ in annual revenue, 100,000's of patients, and nearly 200 amazing teammates 😍 We exited to Fullscript in October 2024.

At Rupa, I built out our ops org from 0 to 1 and led Rupa’s product & design teams. At the time of exit we had 4 Product Managers and 2 designers.

Hosting Panels & Guest Lecturing

I host talks and panels focused on entrepreneurship, product leadership and design thinking. Some of my recent talks include:

Events, trips, parties 🎉

I love planning trips. Recently I planned my sister's bachelorette in Scottsdale, complete with hot air balloon rides, custom swag, printed itineraries and surprise games.

I also planned an engagement party in Helsinki for 80 people.
