My Story

I'm Rosa - a founder-turned-operator focused on building products that improve human health.

I co-founded Rupa Health, where we scaled to 200+ teammates, supported 100,000+ patients, and reached a nine-figure exit. I spent years deep in clinical workflows and the operational realities most early-stage teams underestimate.

Today, I work with select health & wellness founders navigating the hardest phase: turning a promising idea into a product that actually gets adopted.

Outside of building, I love hosting events, adventure travel & bad dad jokes. I currently split time between NYC & Boston.
